Application Form Under the Personal Data Protection Law
You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), via this form to BITES Defence Aerospace and Space Technologies Inc. ("BITES"), in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.
Application Methods
- In Person: Submit a wet-signed document and proof of identity at: Mustafa Kemal Neighborhood, ODTÜ Teknokent Bilişim Innovation Center, 280/G Floor:4 No:14 Dumlupınar Boulevard, Çankaya - Ankara.
- Via Notary: Send a notification to the same address through a notary.
- Registered Electronic Mail (KEP): bitessav@hs01.kep.tr with a secure electronic or mobile signature.
The subject of the envelope or email must include "Information Request on Personal Data Protection Law".
Response Process
Your applications will be answered as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest, in writing or electronically, free of charge. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Board may be charged.

I declare that the information I have provided in this application is correct, the company may request additional information, and I accept to pay the fee if there is a processing cost.
